Introduction to Body Mapping
,
with Jan Prokop

Body mapping is the conscious correcting, adjusting, and refining of one's body map to produce efficient, graceful, and coordinated movement. All performing artists need access to a tension-free instrument to create an honest, heartfelt performance. A balanced and aligned body combined with natural breathing is the foundation for performance art and music-making. Body mapping enables these professionals to discover their bodies’ full potential.

This masterclass is open to auditors for a $20 fee.
