Introduction to Body Mapping, with Jan Prokop

Body mapping is the conscious correcting, adjusting, and refining of one's body map to produce efficient, graceful and coordinated movement. All performing artists need access to a tension-free instrument to create an honest, heartfelt performance. A balanced and aligned body combined with natural breathing is the foundation for performance art and music-making. Body mapping enables these professionals to discover their bodies’ full potential.

This masterclass will open to auditors for a $20 fee.

Managing Stress for Peak Performance, by Rich Fryling.

Mind and body are originally one. They are designed to work together. And when they do, we are able to perform at our peak. But daily life can add to the separation of mind and body. Stress, anger, conflict, tension... All contribute to taking us away from our most natural and stable state. This session introduces the fundamental principles of mind-body unification and how we can perform at a higher level by making the conscious choice to coordinate mind and body throughout our daily life.

This masterclass will be open to auditors for a fee.
